Past Church Events

Here are some of the things we've done at Court Hey Methodist church.

• Advent 2011: Welcoming Christ
  During advent 2011, two tiny figurines of Mary and Joseph sayed over at the homes of various congregation members and church organisations on their way to the nativity on Christmas day. Comments were posted (with photos) about some of their adventures.
• Photo Competition 2010
  The standard was very high indeed and we had over 100 entries. Here are a few of them to view for yourself.
• Harvest Festival 2010
  Not just a traditional family Harvest Festival service, but a full weekend of activities.
• Sally Binymin - Celebration Service
  Sally served as a probationer minister in our circuit. As many would not be able to attend her ordination, a celebration service was held at Court Hey on Saturday April 24th 2010.
• Easter Service, 4th April 2010
  A lovely service with lots of chocolate for the children and a fabulous floral cross.
